Ingredients (for the bites)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (finely chopped & lightly steamed)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ cup breadcrumbs (panko works best)
- 1 egg
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 2 tbsp fresh herbs (parsley, dill, or chives)
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp paprika (optional)
- ½ tsp onion powder
 Instructions
- Prep broccoli
Steam lightly (2–3 mins), then finely chop and squeeze out excess moisture. - Mix everything
In a bowl, combine broccoli, cheeses, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, herbs, and spices. - Form bites
Roll into small balls (about 1–1.5 inches). - Coat (optional but recommended)
Roll in extra breadcrumbs or Parmesan for extra crispiness. - Cook
- Oven: Bake at 400°F (200°C) for 20–25 mins, flipping halfway
- Air fryer: 375°F (190°C) for 12–15 mins
- Pan-fry:Â Cook in a little oil until golden on all sides
 Creamy Dip
Option 1: Garlic Aioli
- ½ cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Salt to taste
Option 2: Cheesy Dip (like in the image)
- ½ cup heavy cream
- ½ cup shredded cheese
- 1 tbsp butter
- Pinch of garlic powder
Heat gently until smooth and creamy.
 Tips
- Don’t skip squeezing moisture out of broccoli—this keeps them crispy
- Add a little mozzarella inside for that melty center
- Swap broccoli for zucchini or cauliflower if you want variety
