Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh strawberries, chopped
- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 cup unsweetened Greek yogurt or cream cheese
- 3–4 tbsp powdered erythritol or monk fruit sweetener
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- A few strawberry pieces for topping
Instructions
- Wash and chop the strawberries.
- Blend strawberries with sweetener and vanilla until smooth.
- In a bowl, whip the heavy cream until fluffy.
- Fold in the yogurt or softened cream cheese.
- Add the strawberry mixture and stir gently.
- Pour into cups or a freezer-safe container.
- Freeze for 3–4 hours until creamy and firm.
- Top with fresh strawberry pieces before serving.
